We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in sales and customer service. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research. Build and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and support. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Provide regular feedback and insights to senior management to improve overall performance. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in sales and customer service is essential. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Any graduate can apply for this position.
