Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking operations, including cash management, credit, and risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other banking software applications.
Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
