Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing receivables and handling cash operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch receivables, including processing payments and resolving customer inquiries.
Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve collection efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in receivables management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to receivables management.
Train and guide junior staff members on receivables procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking laws.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
