Job Description

We have Opening for Branch Manager Master Marine Services Pvt Ltd.

Locations: Hyderabad

CTC:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee
arrival and departure formalities
for vessels, including
crew changes
and
husbandry services
.
Manage
vessel documentation
such as Bill of Lading, Cargo Manifest, and Mates Receipt.
Coordinate with
customs and port authorities
(PHO, MRCC, VTMS) for smooth vessel operations.
Communicate vessel status with stakeholders (owners, masters, terminal operators).
Handle
costing, invoicing, and client coordination
for all services rendered.
Supervise
port operations
, including vessel loading/discharge and turnaround efficiency.
Submit
operational reports
(e.g., Turnaround Reports) to owners and head office.
Ensure timely and professional
communication
with principals and clients.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail in handling critical port and customs documentation
Proven ability to multitask and lead large operational teams
Experience in branch operations management and policy compliance
