Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases. Travel to interview centers and client locations as needed. Ensure timely communication and a smooth hiring process. Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. Strong understanding of engineering functions within the Oil & Gas industry.
