Branch Manager (BM) Agency Channel Roles and Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), Agency Development Managers (ADMs), and other branch staff. Set performance targets and provide guidance. Agency Recruitment Drive: Drive agent recruitment through the team. Ensure quality recruitment and onboarding of agents/advisors. Sales and Business Growth: Achieve branch sales targets (premium, policies, productivity). Monitor and improve the productivity of agents and managers. Training and Development: Ensure regular training for agents and the team. Encourage career progression and upskilling. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch. Ensure smooth processing of business and policy issuance. Customer Service and Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Focus on policy renewals and persistency Compliance and Audit: Ensure the branch follows all regulatory and company guidelines. Maintain documentation and pass internal audits. Reporting and MIS: Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with higher management. Analyze performance data and take corrective actions. Preferred candidate profile
