Branch Manager – Face-to-Face Channel  Location: Ahmedabad  CTC: Up to ₹8.5 LPA About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our Face-to-Face distribution channel. This role offers high earning potential, a fast-track promotion path, and the opportunity to build and mentor a strong team. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and lead a team of Associate Branch Managers (ABMs) and Life Planning Officers (LPOs) Drive business through the team and ensure achievement of targets Manage daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth execution of sales processes Monitor performance, motivate the team, and build a strong sales culture Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless functioning and growth Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction About the Channel: The Face-to-Face distribution channel is an innovative mix of agency and direct models, focused on building a network of women advisors, including homemakers. These Life Planning Officers (LPOs) will be trained to: Service orphan policies Build relationships with existing customers Cross-sell new policies and expand customer base through referrals We have successfully onboarded 3000+ women LPOs in cities during its pilot phase and now aims to expand the model across the country.
