Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager with 5–7 years of proven experience in the forex and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team across sales, operations, and delivery functions to ensure smooth daily operations, compliance with regulatory guidelines, and continuous business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance, Profitability & Revenue Generation:

Note: Expected to generate a minimum profit equivalent to twice the CTC within the first 3 months, with consistent growth thereafter.

1. Cross-Selling & Upselling:

   Actively promote additional products and services including travel insurance, prepaid forex cards, and AD II remittances.

2. Sales & Operations Leadership:

   Supervise and guide the branch team including sales executives, operations staff, and delivery personnel to ensure seamless business processes and service delivery.

3. Regulatory Compliance:

   Ensure strict adherence to RBI, FEMA, and AML regulations across all forex transactions and branch activities.

4. Client Relationship Management:

   Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) to ensure repeat business and referrals.

5. Team Development & Coordination:

   Cultivate a positive team environment by encouraging collaboration, resolving conflicts, and motivating team members to meet individual and team goals.

6. Record-Keeping & Audit Readiness:

   Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, logs, and documentation in accordance with audit and compliance requirements.
