Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Credit Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in credit management and analysis. Roles and Responsibility Manage and analyze credit data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures to minimize risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Conduct thorough credit assessments and provide recommendations to senior management. Monitor and report on credit performance metrics to stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve credit processes and implement changes as needed. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of credit management principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with credit software and systems is an asset. Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
