BPO Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled BPO Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outbound international calls effectively.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and targets.
• Provide product/service information and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• 10+2 or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
• Fresher or at least one year experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent and Fluent English communication skills.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
