Shift – Night Shifts

Work Schedule – 5 Days working and 2 week offs

Qualification : Any Graduate can apply and +2

(Experience person needed at least 1 year with experience letter)

Key Responsibilities:

• Voice , Chat and Email coordination with customers
• Effective communication via mail/chat/voice
• Assist digital team with online campaigns.
• Protecting brand image and reputation in the market.
• Provide real-time support
• Escalating to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally
• Good communication (verbal & written)
• Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel
• Customer-centric attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
