Key Account Manager for farming or agricultural based BPO Experience Required: 23years in farming or agriculturally based BPO Prior experience managing a Headcount of 80+ sales officers, field agents, or tele sales Preferred background- working experience in farming or agricultural based BPO. 6 days working Excellent verbal skills basic English & Fluent Hindi + regional languages. Lead, mentor & supervise a sales team to ensure they meet targets Develop and implement outbound/field sales strategies across dealer and farmer networks Set sales quotas, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews Coordinate lead generation, order processing, logistics, and payments. Provide technical support: product usage, safety, application guidance for pesticides/fertilizers Liaise between sales, marketing, production, and quality teams Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, market insights, and competitor analysis.
