About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Customer Support Executive who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and making the customer experience smoother every day. You’ll work closely with our IT team and other internal teams to keep things running seamlessly, help fix technical issues, and make sure customer queries are handled quickly and effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer queries and support tickets, ensuring timely and helpful solutions.
  • Coordinate with our IT team to troubleshoot technical or phone-related issues affecting customer support.
  • Review and suggest improvements to current customer service workflows to boost efficiency.
  • Help teammates handle customer or technical challenges by sharing knowledge and collaborating.
  • Act as a bridge between the customer support team and IT, keeping communication clear and operations smooth.
  • Keep managers and team leads updated on work progress, issues, and solutions.
  • Take ownership of certain support processes and see them through from start to finish.

Your Daily Activities Might Include

  • Checking open customer cases and making sure they’re progressing toward resolution.
  • Working alongside IT to fix any system glitches or phone problems that impact customer calls or chats.
  • Updating help documents or FAQs based on recurring customer questions.
  • Talking with teammates to see where processes could be quicker or clearer.
  • Balancing several customer issues or internal tasks without missing details.
  • Sharing daily updates with your lead or manager to keep everyone aligned.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset — you see issues and want to fix them, not just report them.
  • Comfort working with basic IT systems, or at least curiosity to learn.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly and stay organized.
  • Team spirit — you enjoy helping colleagues as much as helping customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
