Senior Swift Application Development & Support (Payment Domain) Company: Kiya.ai Role Overview: Kiya.ai is seeking a Senior Swift Application Development & Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in the payments domain, particularly with Swift, and a strong background in supporting banking applications. You will be responsible for providing critical technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of payment systems, with a focus on interacting with our UK customers. Key Duties: Troubleshooting technical issues related to Swift-based payment applications. Guiding customers through a series of actions to resolve technical problems . Providing support for application testing and upgrades . Creating and maintaining procedural documentation for support processes. Managing multiple support cases simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution. Must-Have Skills: In-depth knowledge of Payments (via Swift) . Proven experience in supporting Banking Applications , preferably within Capital Markets, Investments, or Funds. Strong database skills . Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with UK customers. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in diagnosing and repairing application issues (e.g., server connectivity, server upgrades). Ability to resolve technical infrastructure issues. Familiarity with installing and configuring hardware and software. Prior experience supporting Payments/Swift gateway solutions . Prior experience with IBM MQ and/or Provider . Prior experience with Bottomline GTExchange . Experience supporting Production environments . Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication. Additional Requirements: Willingness to carry a work phone at all times. Flexibility to support out-of-hours work from time to time. Certification in Microsoft or Linux is advantageous. Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is beneficial.
