The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of HVAC systems , Building Management Systems (BMS) , power distribution and other critical facility systems, along with strong leadership and operational management skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the data center, ensuring 24/7 uptime and optimal performance of all critical infrastructure. Lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers responsible for HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and BMS systems. Ensure the reliability and efficiency of: HVAC systems (CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, cooling towers) Power distribution systems (UPS, PDUs, generators, switchgear) Building Management Systems (BMS) and DCIM platforms Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party maintenance and service contracts. Monitor and analyze system performance metrics and incident reports to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Participate in capacity planning, infrastructure upgrades, and expansion projects. Prepare and manage MIS for operations, maintenance, and capital improvements. Lead incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering or a related field. 7+ years of experience in data center or critical facility operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong technical expertise in: HVAC systems and thermal management Electrical infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchgear) BMS and SCADA systems Proven leadership and team management experience.
