Crypto-Native Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Trend Spotting

Manage social presence across
Twitter (X), Telegram, Discord, Instagram, Lens, Farcaster
Spot and react to emerging Web3 trends with timely content
Use memes, Twitter threads, spaces, and short-form videos to drive engagement

Community Growth & Engagement

Build and manage engaged communities on
Telegram
and
Discord
Launch campaigns: airdrops, gamification, referral programs
Moderate discussions, manage FUD, and protect brand reputation

Content Creation & Storytelling

Write narrative-driven, viral content aligned with crypto culture
Create meme-based content, influencer collabs, and deep-dive Twitter threads
Educate audiences on DeFi, NFTs, L2s, and more

Paid Marketing & Analytics

Run performance campaigns on
Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, Telegram
Track metrics via
Dune, Nansen, Twitter Analytics
, etc.
Partner with influencers, DAOs, and KOLs for Web3 co-marketing

What Were Looking For

Crypto-native mindset
– active on CT, alpha groups, Discord
Strong in
viral content creation, meme marketing, and real-time engagement
Experience managing
Web3 communities
Proficient in platforms:
Twitter (X), Telegram, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, Lens, Farcaster
Basic knowledge of tools like
Canva, CapCut, Figma
Familiar with

Preferred Qualifications
