Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound birthday inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable birthday/event packages.

Maintain updated knowledge of all available packages, offerings, and promotional campaigns.

Follow up with leads to ensure maximum conversion and minimize dropouts.

Maintain CRM entries and lead tracking for transparency and reporting.

Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, F&B, Decor) to ensure seamless event execution.

Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously with professionalism and accuracy.

Meet and exceed monthly birthday booking targets.

Ensure customer satisfaction and gather post-event feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

13 years of experience in inbound sales, preferably in birthday/event package selling.

Proven ability to manage multiple inquiries and convert them into bookings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership.

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Excel reporting.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Prior experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or events industry is a plus.
