Educational Qualification

• B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Graduation from a government college, NIT, or MSIL-approved institute is preferred.
• Basic understanding and hands-on exposure to design and implementation of biogas and hydrogen energy projects.

Work Experience

1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Experience Areas

• Familiarity with hydrogen electrolyzer systems, gas purification, gas compression, and storage systems.
• Involvement in design, estimation, tendering, offer evaluation, execution, and O&M of gas-based or utilities projects.
• Exposure to EPC projects related to oil & gas sector, including safety practices such as HIRA evaluation, Hazop analysis, and PESO licensing.
• Industry experience in oil & gas, engineering, power, utilities, or automobile sectors is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in conceptualizing projects and preparing detailed specifications, bill of materials (BOM), and schematic drawings.
• Support cost estimation, preparation of tenders, technical evaluation, negotiation, and design validation.
• Ensure effective project monitoring and quality checks across stages.
• Understand and apply government regulations; coordinate with PESO and other departments for regulatory approvals.
• Conduct on-site activities including safety audits, incoming material inspection, and schedule planning for efficient resource allocation.
• Oversee project installation, perform pre-commissioning checks, and manage commissioning and handover processes.
• Verify measurements, maintain SAP-based billing, and ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

Competencies / Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• AutoCAD (2D & 3D drafting and design)
• Safety practices including HIRA and Hazop studies
• Knowledge of electrical load distribution and preparation of single line diagrams (SLD)
• Basic understanding of Mitsubishi PLC and SCADA integration
• Piping and structural design fundamentals
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build networks and partnerships
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and a customer-first approach
