Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Technician located in Delhi (Vasant Kunj). The BIM Technician will be responsible for Building Information Modeling (BIM), Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination, creating construction drawings, managing building services, and supporting structural engineering tasks.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Certified proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM), preferably through recognized programs (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in BIM implementation on live projects

Additional Skills

• Proficient in BIM tools and platform.
• Strong background in MEP coordination across multidisciplinary environments
• Ability to produce precise, detailed construction and coordination drawings
• Understanding of building services systems and their integration
• Basic grasp of structural engineering principles and documentation practices
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
