As a Technical Support Specialist at Autodesk, you will actively engage with customers from the construction and AEC community to provide effective technical solutions, direction, and troubleshooting advice. If you enjoy solving problems and have a passion for customer experience, we are looking for you! Reporting to a Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for resolving customer issues via various channels and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful resolution. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer issues reported through chat, phone, web, and online forums, providing prompt and efficient assistance on product features and usage, documenting product issues and solutions, handling priority issues, and managing customer expectations. You will also escalate issues to internal teams as necessary, actively manage your support requests backlog, and communicate progress updates to customers. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or related fields, along with at least 2 years of experience working with Autodesk software such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and BIM Docs. Proficiency in Revit MEP is an added advantage, and you should demonstrate strong customer service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Additionally, you must be a team player, adaptable to flexible working hours, and possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills. The ideal candidate will prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrate curiosity and creativity, adapt to changing circumstances, collaborate with a diverse team, and strive to make a positive impact on customers.
