BIM Coordinator

Technical Skills:

• Expert in Revit (Arch, Structure, MEP) and Navisworks Manage (advanced clash detection, coordination workflows)
• Proficient in BIM 360, AutoCAD, Dynamo (basic scripting), and 4D/5D tools
• Deep understanding of BIM execution plans (BEP) and project-specific BIM standards
• Skilled in interdisciplinary coordination, resolving clashes between all trades
• Strong in model health check, QC/QA of models, and model audits
• Ability to guide and mentor junior modelers

Management & Soft Skills:

• Leading coordination meetings (Clash review, BIM meetings)
• Client interaction and progress reporting
• Project delivery and milestone management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Handling multiple projects and teams
