Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Pune. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models, creating and reviewing architectural drawings, and preparing construction documents. They will also handle submittals, coordinate with consultants & contractors, and ensure adherence to quality, cost, and deadlines. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project teams, conducting site visits, and providing technical support.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years’ experience in Architectural Drawings
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings
• Experience with managing Submittals
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in relevant BIM & Acad Softwares
