BIM Architect

In our growing team at Dhool Design Studio, we’re looking for a BIM Architect to support the design and execution teams by developing and managing Building Information Models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all stages of the project. The BIM Architect will work closely with senior designers, project architects, and consultants to translate design concepts into detailed, coordinated models and documentation. The role will also involve implementing and maintaining BIM standards and workflows within the studio.

Dhool Design Studio is an architecture and design practice rooted in developing contextual, futuristic, nature immersive, and technologically advanced designs. We craft spaces that don't just house experiences, but become them.Our projects are in the realm of quiet luxury for private homes, Vacation retreats and Interior design.

Location: Navi Mumbai | Full-Time | Dhool Design Studio

Salary : INR 32k-41k
Experience : 2 -3 yrs

Key Responsibilities

• Developing BIM models for all design stages
• Coordinating models across disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP)
• Creating detailed 3D visualisations and construction drawings
• Establishing and managing BIM standards, templates, and libraries
• Extracting drawings and schedules from BIM models
• Supporting clash detection and resolving model coordination issues
• Training and assisting team members on BIM best practices and software

Success Measurement Metrics

• Quality and accuracy of BIM models and construction documentation
• Adherence to studio BIM standards and project timelines
• Efficiency in coordination with consultants and internal teams
• Quantity and clarity of extracted drawings and schedules
• Reduction in coordination errors and rework
• Contribution to BIM training and studio knowledge sharing
