The Billing Systems Analyst supports the internal users of Costguard and manages the Costguard ERP system. This role involves colaborating with various levels and departments within Mitel to modify and maintain the Costguard system. The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of ERP system structures and processes and have the ability to interact and support individuals with varying levels of ERP knowledge.
Work with business leads and various IT groups to execute daily and monthly billing tasks to ensure accurate and timely bills
Provide support for questions from IT development teams, Solutions Architecture teams and business functional groups such as Billing, Finance and Accounting.
Manage SKU creation in Costguard system
Upload usage files and troubleshoot unmatched usage
Create, maintain and deactivate user accounts in Costguard
Manage Costguard (ERP) change requests; including determining change requirements, interacting with external vendor to create the modification, testing and implementation
Preferred candidate will have extensive Costguard operating system knowledge
Previous experience supporting internal users of an ERP system
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and research/investigative skills
Ability to provide excellent internal and external support
This role may require overtime and or weekend support
