Billing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Material & Inventory Management

Receive, inspect, and store electrical materials maintain stock registers and monitor consumption.

• Procurement Coordination

Liaise with procurement and logistics to ensure timely ordering, delivery, and issuance of materials to site teams

• Technical Store Oversight

Ensure correct storage conditions for sensitive equipment and tools; supervise warehouse staff and maintain cleanliness and order .

• Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records: purchase orders, issue/receipt logs, inspection reports, and generate regular stock and compliance reports

• Coordination with Stakeholders

Work closely with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and finance teams to align material availability with project timelines in.

Inventory Management

Stock control, stores management

Technical Knowledge

Electrical wiring, switchgear, panels, transformers

Qualification:-

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in electrical stores or warehouse, preferably on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components, safety standards, and inventory tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
