Job Title: Billing & Follow-Up Executive (Male Candidates Only - Immediate Joiner Preferred)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Billing & Follow-Up Executive to manage billing operations and payment follow-ups with government clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring timely collections through regular follow-ups, including in-person visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather all required documents for invoice submission (e.g., invoices, work completion certificates, approvals, etc.).
• Submit bills to relevant government departments/officers in accordance with their specific procedures and formats.
• Conduct regular in-person follow-ups with government officials regarding the status of bill processing and payments.
• Maintain a detailed tracker/log of submitted bills, pending payments, and follow-up activities.
• Respond to and resolve any invoice-related queries or objections from government clients.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Any degree.
• Must own a bike and a valid driving license.
• Only male candidates are eligible for this position.
• Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference.
