We are hiring a *Billing Executive* with experience in the *Logistics, **CHA (Custom House Agent), or **Freight Forwarding* industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with invoice processing, billing reconciliation, and client coordination within the logistics domain.
* Generate and process *billing invoices* for logistics, CHA, and freight forwarding services
* Cross-check billing details with shipping documents, contracts, and delivery notes
* Maintain billing records and update data in billing software or Excel sheets
* Coordinate with accounts, operations, and finance teams for accurate invoicing
* Follow up with clients for *outstanding payments*, resolve billing disputes
* Generate MIS and financial reports related to billing activities
* Handle client queries related to *invoices, debit notes*, and payments
* Ensure compliance with company billing policies and regulatory norms
* Minimum 13 years of experience in *billing in logistics / CHA / freight forwarding*
* Strong understanding of *logistics documentation*, customs processes, and invoice terms
* Proficient in *billing software, Tally, and **MS Excel*
* High attention to detail and *numerical accuracy*
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple clients and meet billing deadlines
