As a Content Moderator at ByteDance, you will be responsible for ensuring the legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform. Proficiency in Bengali is a requirement as the role involves supporting users in the Bengali-speaking market. Preferred qualifications include having completed a Bachelor's degree or above, familiarity or experience working on ByteDance or similar digital media projects, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and being open to working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts and weekends.
