Bench Sales Recruiter

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Bench Sales Recruiters (Freshers) to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, etc.) to various clients and vendors.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand the skills and experience of bench candidates.
• Market consultants through job portals, social media, vendors, and direct clients.
• Establish relationships with Tier 1 Vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
• Maintain communication with consultants during the entire marketing cycle.
• Schedule interviews, negotiate rates, and follow up on interview feedback.
• Update and maintain candidate records and submission reports.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to work in night shifts.
• Basic understanding of US IT staffing and visa types (training will be provided).
• Quick learner with good time management and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,351.60 - ₹49,080.98 per month
