Market our bench consultants (US Citizens, GC, H1B, etc.) to new clients and vendors
Build relationships with implementation partners and direct clients
Negotiate rates and finalize contracts
Work closely with recruiters and account managers to match consultants with open requirements
Maintain database of active consultants and their availability
Follow up on interview schedules and feedback
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong willingness to learn and grow in the US staffing domain
Bachelor's degree (any stream)
Comfortable working in night shifts (US hours)
Proven track record in placing bench consultants with Tier 1 vendors or direct clients
Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa types, and compliance
Strong vendor/client network
Ability to close positions quickly with quality submissions
Supportive team environment and hands-on training
