The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Bench Sales process, managing a team (if applicable), and driving consultant marketing activities across various staffing needs in the US IT market . Key Responsibilities: Market H1B, GC, CPT, OPT, and US Citizens consultants to prime vendors and direct clients. Build strong relationships with Tier-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients. Identify new sales opportunities and establish relationships with prospective clients. Submit consultants to job requirements and ensure regular follow-up. Negotiate rates and close positions effectively. Manage and maintain the bench pipeline and ensure timely placement of consultants. Provide mentorship and leadership to junior recruiters or bench sales executives (if in lead/manager role).
