Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager Apollo TMT Bars

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in the TMT segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for market development, dealer/distributor management, and strategic growth initiatives for Apollo TMT bars. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep industry knowledge and strong leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new markets and territories for Apollo TMT bars.
  • Appoint, onboard, and manage dealers and distributors to strengthen the supply chain.
  • Enhance brand visibility and foster strong customer loyalty in target markets.
  • Formulate and execute effective go-to-market strategies and sales plans.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to support data-driven decisions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and generate growth reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–7 years of proven experience in TMT bars or steel product sales.
  • Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor network operations in construction or infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in managing a team or region.
  • Strong business acumen with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering/Commerce preferred).
  • MBA in Marketing or Business Management is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
