Battery Pack Assembler

Job Description: Follow assembly instructions and blueprints to assemble battery packs. Handle battery cells and components with care to prevent damage or contamination. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment as necessary for assembly tasks. Inspect components and finished battery packs to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and address any defects or issues in the assembly process. Follow quality control procedures to maintain product integrity and reliability. Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including component inventory, assembly logs, and quality control reports. Document any deviations from standard procedures and report them to supervisors. Work closely with team members, including engineers, technicians, and quality control personnel, to ensure efficient assembly operations. Communicate effectively with colleagues to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions.
