Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bartender Cum Captain located in Agra. The Bartender Cum Captain will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, managing customer service interactions, handling cash transactions, coordinating with kitchen staff, and overseeing overall bar operations. The role requires maintaining cleanliness, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Food & Beverage knowledge and Bartending expertise
• Cash Handling skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
