Position: Junior Barista Location: Goa Salary: 15000-20000 Experience: 6 MONTH TO 2 YR Employment Type: Full-time About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Junior Barista to join our café team. You will assist in preparing and serving a variety of coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, teas, etc. Assist senior baristas in beverage preparation and machine handling. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the workspace. Handle customer queries with a friendly and helpful attitude. Manage inventory levels and report any shortages. Support with packing, labeling, and stock arrangement when required. Follow standard recipes and café procedures consistently. Requirements10th/12th pass or above Basic understanding of coffee and beverages (training will be provided) Good communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and grow within the café environment
