Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Barista role located in Jamshedpur. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, upholding the team spirit in the cafe, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a skilled barista, with in-depth knowledge of coffee brewing methods, specialty coffee preparation, and equipment handling.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to
engage with guests
, understand their preferences, and build memorable guest experiences.
Demonstrated ability in
upselling and cross-selling
— must know how to recommend products and promote new offerings to enhance sales.
Ability to
lead and coordinate the cafe team
, ensuring smooth operations, high standards of cleanliness, and consistent product quality.
Good understanding of inventory management, daily cafe operations, and maintaining standard operating procedures in a luxury hospitality setting.
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Well-groomed appearance and adherence to high grooming and hygiene standards.
