Barista

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the counter and service area
• Handle billing and POS operations efficiently
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage stock levels and assist with daily inventory checks
• Follow company standards and recipes consistently
• Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge of coffee types and brewing techniques
• Good communication and customer service
• Attention to detail for taste and presentation
• Ability to work quickly and under pressure during peak times
• Previous experience as a barista or in a café/coffee shop preferred
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is an advantage
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
