You will be responsible for managing Active Directory, Users & Computers in Windows 2019 and 2022 servers. This includes configuring Microsoft Outlook 2016, 2019, and O365. Additionally, you will be tasked with configuring and maintaining Cisco Managed Switches, WLCs, and Routers. Basic level troubleshooting will be part of your daily activities, along with working on an Internal Service Desk Ticketing Tool. Your role will also involve IT Asset (Hardware & Software) Management, including IT hardware asset procurement, and updating warranty/AMC information with OEM/3rd Party Suppliers. You will be responsible for the installations of Desktops, Laptops, Printers, and Scanners, as well as installing and troubleshooting various Operating Systems such as Windows 10 and 11, Application Software, and maintaining databases. Troubleshooting various software issues will also be a key aspect of your position. In addition, you will provide new network connectivity to users and troubleshoot LAN connectivity problems. You will resolve issues remotely using tools like remote desktop, VNC, and TeamViewer. Monitoring network response and installing & maintaining IP CCTV Cameras will also fall within your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be in charge of configuring HP printers including HP M506, HP M201, HP 87640 Xerox Printer, HP 452, and HP 60155 Printers. You will create maintenance plans for various 3 Phase UPS and Panel AC systems and install Barcode scan Printers and Scanners. Maintaining the O365 Users List and ensuring timely updates about the users will also be part of your duties.
