job Purpose To drive business through Channel Partners branch staff and distribution network *************************** Key Responsibilities To generate leads through activities and use enablers for lead generation To have minimum of 3 new customer meetings in a day To provide after sales service and do upselling with the existing customers To ensure 100% branch staff activation every quarter To train and skill partner staff on need based selling and product sales pitch To ensure 100% of branches with Min of 2-3 SP license holders and support them with the same to drive business target achievements Specific Authorities( Financial & Non-Financial): NA Key Performance Indicators Monthly MWPI Target Achievements (issuance) = 100% Branch Activation > 60% 13th Month Persistency > 80% NOP Target Vs Achievements Job Requirements Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate in Any Discipline Functional Competencies Customer Orientation Partner Management Planning Behavioral Competencies Business Acumen Collaboration Execution Excellence *************************** Key Interactions Internal Sales: To connect with Leaders on the Business updates and planning Non Sales LOB: To connect with Branch Ops team to manage business logins & issuance process External Bank: To maintain excellent cordial business relationship with each branch staff to deepen the customer network of the bank branch.
