The Role – Junior Pastry Chef We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Junior Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team. If you love working with fresh ingredients, perfecting techniques, and creating desserts that people photograph before they eat—this is for you. You’ll be working directly under our Head Chef and be involved in daily production, prep, plating, and assisting with new product development. Key Responsibilities Assist in the daily production of pastries, cakes, brownies, donuts, and other desserts Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning Follow SOPs and recipes accurately Handle prep work, ingredient handling, and mise en place Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen Learn and grow your skills through training and mentorship Support with events, launches, and bulk orders as needed What We’re Looking For 0–2 years of pastry kitchen experience (freshers from reputed culinary schools are welcome) Passion for baking and dessert plating Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail Basic knowledge of baking tools, ovens, mixers, and ingredient handling Team player with a positive attitude Willing to work in shifts, including weekends
