Backend Developer

You are a Backend Developer with at least 2 years of experience in product building. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs using NodeJS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components. It is essential to architect scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions that promote a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities include designing and optimizing data storage solutions using relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). You will implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization, along with developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes. Comprehensive test coverage, including unit testing, and utilizing cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for infrastructure deployment are crucial aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team. Secure authentication, authorization mechanisms, and data encryption for sensitive information are integral to your tasks.
