Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee, located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Back Office Employee will be responsible for handling daily back office operations, maintaining records, supporting finance and sales departments, and ensuring effective customer service. The role also involves communicating with various departments and stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Back Office Operations
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Knowledge of Finance and Sales processes
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Previous experience in mining & metals industry is a plus
