Back End Developer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure backend systems using Django and Python.
  
• Building and optimizing RESTful APIs to power our web and mobile applications.
  
• Working closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  
• Managing and optimizing database schemas and queries using Django.
  
• Implementing authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
  
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues in existing applications.
  
• Contributing to code reviews and maintaining high code quality standards.
  
• Staying up-to-date with emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices in backend development.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:.

• Proficiency in Python and Django Framework.
  
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development (Django REST Framework experience is highly preferred).
  
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM.
  

• Must be able to work on-site at our Thoothukudi office.

• Willingness to work night shifts to align with the US Eastern Time Zone (EST).
