Back End Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java (Spring, Spring Boot) and other relevant technologies.
• Develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications and third-party services.
• Implement data storage solutions using MySQL and MongoDB, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Integrate messaging systems such as ActiveMQ and Kafka for asynchronous communication between microservices.
• Utilize Node.js and Python for scripting and backend development tasks as needed.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Implement logging and metrics solutions using Elastic Stack for real-time monitoring and analysis.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to automate deployment processes and ensure high availability of backend systems.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Backend Software Developer, with a strong focus on Java development using Spring and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Java 8 and Java 17 features and best practices.
• Experience with Node.js and Python for backend development tasks.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as ActiveMQ and Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Experience with logging and monitoring solutions using Elastic Stack.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
