Job Title: Sales Manager D2C Brand Partnerships Role & responsibilities : Identify & Acquire D2C Partners: Build a pipeline of D2C brands (F&B, BPC, lifestyle, etc.) interested in leveraging Daalchini vending network as a retail and advertising channel. Pitch & Close Deals: Present media and retail opportunities across Daalchini machine network; lead end-to-end negotiation of listing fees, advertising packages, and revenue-sharing models. Campaign Management: Work with internal ops, creative, and data teams to onboard products, launch campaigns, and ensure placement visibility, content accuracy, and promotional rollout. Revenue Ownership: Own revenue targets from brand listings and advertising; optimize brand partnerships for repeat engagement and higher revenue per machine/brand. Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with product, marketing, and category teams to improve brand experience, resolve issues, and deliver seamless activation and scaling. Required Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, media sales, brand partnerships, or retail advertising preferably with exposure to D2C brands or digital commerce. Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of negotiating and closing revenue-generating deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a bias for execution. Prior experience with OOH media, digital media sales, FMCG retail, or D2C enablement platforms is a strong plus.
