BA-Lending

NTT DATA is looking for a BA-Lending to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). As a Lending Business Analyst, you will bring a good understanding of the Lending domain and interact with business users and technical teams to document business requirements using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Blue Works, Lucid Chart, and MS Visio. You will analyze and design solutions with the support of Solution Architects, provide feedback on test cases, and support Quality Assurance for testing. Additionally, you will support client UAT. Your responsibilities will include engaging with business users to define scope, understand business processes, and identify key stakeholders. You will support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches, participate in client requirement workshops, and analyze client business requirements to prepare various business process documents. You will actively participate in the solution design process and make recommendations to positively impact operational effectiveness and customer experience. Furthermore, you will conduct research to develop comprehensive solutions and assist in User Acceptance Testing for major developments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the Lending domain, with experience in areas such as loan management, servicing, and delinquency handling. Knowledge of commercial and SME lending products like Commercial Loans, Syndication, and Mezz Finance is essential. Experience with implementing Temenos Core Banking System would be advantageous. Design thinking, project management skills, and the ability to work in Agile and waterfall SDLCs are required. Effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to work in multi-cultural teams are also key attributes for this role.
