B2B Sales Executive- US Process

As a Sales Executive in our team, your main responsibility will be to make 100+ outbound calls daily to potential B2B clients in the US market. You will need to maintain professional and persuasive communication over the phone and email to effectively meet and exceed assigned sales targets and conversion metrics. It is crucial to independently overcome client objections and close sales while keeping accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities. Collaboration with internal teams for smooth handover of qualified leads will also be a part of your role. To excel in this position, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience in voice-based customer interaction, preferably in BPO, call center, or financial sales. Prior exposure to stockbroking or financial markets would be advantageous. A proven track record of sales performance with target achievements is essential. Excellent command over spoken English and client-facing communication skills are a must, along with the ability to work effectively in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
