Job Description:

We are looking for a highly driven and tech-savvy B2B SaaS Sales Executive to join our sales team in Byculla, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing business clients, understanding their needs, and providing SaaS-based solutions to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and engage potential business clients (SMBs, enterprises) across industries.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and consultative sales calls to showcase SaaS offerings.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
• Understand client pain points and offer tailored SaaS solutions that meet their needs.
• Handle negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value B2B deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, prospects, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with product and customer success teams for smooth onboarding and retention.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise tech sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of SaaS models, sales cycles, and client needs.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
