About Riverbanks

Riverbanks is a global EdTech institute helping students bridge the gap between theoretical degrees and real-world business skills. With 15,000+ students across India and growing partnerships with colleges and universities, we’re expanding our B2B outreach — and we’re looking for a driven Regional Manager in Bengaluru to lead the charge.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the B2B sales funnel within the Delhi/NCR region
• Establish strong partnerships with local colleges and universities
• Lead and close institutional partnerships for our BGS certification program
• Understand our course and help media partners & affiliates promote it effectively
• Plan and execute B2B affiliate marketing campaigns
• Regularly visit local campuses to present and pitch collaboration opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, education, edtech, or partnership roles
• A sharp communicator with fluency in English and one local language
• Comfortable in a hybrid work setup (field + remote)
• Excellent relationship-building and execution skills
• Ability to self-manage, lead conversations, and close deals
