Strategic:

  • Acquiring mid-sized MNC Clients for IT & Non IT Contract Staffing from the region
  • Design & Execute Revenue & Business Plan to achieve Gross Net Revenue of INR 1.5 Cr Per Annum
  • Develop new mid-size MNC tech/Non Tech clients for IT Staffing /Leadership Hiring from the region
  • Develop & Train team of Hiring & Marketing experts to work remotely
  • Onboard 8 to 10 resources every month with 25% growth quarter on quarter

Marketing

  • Lead Generation, Market Research to add 5 new clients every month
  • C-level connect
  • Maximise revenue per clien

Candidate's Profile:

  • Graduate Min. 4+ years experience in new client acquisition & delivery management in IT Contract Staffing & IT Leadership
  • Hands on in using Social Media & Digital platforms for lead generation
  • Available for long-term engagement (min 24 months)
  • Ready to work on Fix fee + Performance lined revenue sharing basis
  • Ready to work from home
  • Excellent Attitude, Oral/Written comm. Skills
  • Hands on in MS Office tools, Canva & Linkedin Sales Navigator
